SUNDAY JUNIORS 2025 - 2026 SEASON
REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ONLINE JUNE 1ST, 2025
The Ellerslie Junior Program is held on Sundays and runs from September to March.
We accept kids ages 8-18.
Our program is broken up into groupings
10:00AM - 11:00AM Learn to Curl - Curlers new to the sport.
10:00 - 11:00AM Fundamentals - Curlers who have taken one year of a Learn to Curl Program
- 10:00AM - 12:00PM U12 - Elementary school age
- 10:00AM - 12:00PM U15 & U18 - Junior and Senior High age
Helmets are required for all Learn to Curl participants. These can include hockey, bike helmets or curling specific toques with safety features. All participants will need clean running shoes for on ice as well as comfortable, warm clothing that is easy to stretch and move in. Grippers will be mandatory.
Toques, grippers, and other curling equipment can be purchased at the Ellerslie Curling Club or through other retailers.
We will provide brooms & step on sliders.
FEES
Learn to Curl & Fundamentals $250.00* + Curling Alberta Fee
U12, U15, U18 $300.00* + Curling Alberta Fee
All fees include a $25.00 fundraising fee
Fees include 16 dates of curling including a Christmas & Year End Party ticket for curler and lots of fun throughout the year!

February 1, 8, 22, 2026
March 1, 8, 15, 2026
December 14, 2025 will be the Christmas Party
March 15, 2026 will be the Year End Party
We like to encourage all of the kids in the program to participate in the Hazel Jamison Junior Bonspiel which is held here at Ellerslie Curling Club on February 14 - 16, 2026. This would be an extra cost and is not mandatory.
