The Ellerslie Junior Program is held on Sundays and runs from September to March.
We accept kids ages 8-18.
Our program is broken up into groupings
Learn to Curl - Curlers new to the sport.
Fundamentals - Curlers who have taken one year of a Learn to Curl Program
- Learn to Curl & Fundamentals Program Times: 10:00am - 11:00am OR 11:00am - 12:00pm
- Learn to Curl & Fundamentals Fees: $225.00 + $17.00 Curling Alberta Fee
U12 - Elementary school age
U15 & U18 - Junior and Senior High age
- U12/U15/U18 Program Times: 10:00am - 12:00pm
- U12/U15/U18 Fees: $275.00 + $17.00 Curling Alberta Fee
Helmets are required for all Learn to Curl participants. These can include hockey, bike helmets or curling specific toques with safety features. Clean running shoes are required for on ice as well as comfortable, warm clothing that is easy to stretch and move in. Grippers are mandatory.
Toques, grippers, and other curling equipment can be purchased at the Ellerslie Curling Club or through other retailers.
We will provide brooms & step on sliders.
Fees include 18 dates of curling including a Christmas & Year End Party ticket for curler and lots of fun throughout the year!
