Please see the attached document below for our COVID-19 FAQs. Return to Play waivers are to be filled out prior to your first game. (If you download the waiver onto your computer, you will be able to fill it out digitally, print and sign, to bring with you for your first game). We strongly encourage ALL our members to register for our website. An attendance and health check will be available on your member's home and emailed out to all registered members, 24 hours prior to each of your games. This cuts down on the amount of paperwork and congestion in the lobby when members are arriving for their games.
